Afghan Hazara Shi'a Muslim Defensive Asylum (Sacramento Immigration Court)

The Clinic successfully obtained deferral of removal under Article 3 of the Convention Against Torture (CAT) for a Hazara Shi’a Muslim man facing targeted violence and torture if returned to Afghanistan.
