Timothy Steininger

Tim Steininger is from Bartlett, Illinois. He graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in 2021, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Statistics. During his 1L summer, he interned for Chief Judge Sara Darrow for the Central District of Illinois and served as a research assistant for Professor Avishalom Tor. He completed a summer associate position with Shook, Hardy & Bacon in Chicago after his 2L year. Tim serves as the Executive Notes Editor for the Notre Dame Law Review, assistant rector in Alumni Hall, and teaching assistant for Constitutional Law. Upon graduating, Tim will clerk for the Honorable Paul V. Niemeyer on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He enjoys visiting local coffee shops, playing guitar, and spending time in nature as often as he can.
