Emma Kate Lively

Emma Kate Lively has lived in a number of different states and countries but now claims Charleston, SC, as home. She attended Vanderbilt University, where she majored in Neuroscience and Spanish. After graduating in 2020, she served as a missionary for FOCUS in Thibodaux, LA. During her 1L summer, she worked as a research assistant for Professor O. Carter Snead. Currently, Emma Kate serves on the board of the Health Law Society and as a staff editor for the Notre Dame Journal of Emerging Technologies. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, baking, and trying new ice cream flavors with her fiancé .
