Alyssa Desouza

Alyssa Desouza is a 3L from New York City. In 2017, she graduated from Hunter College, cum laude, with degrees in political science and public policy. Before law school, Alyssa worked as a private funds paralegal and taught English in Madrid, Spain. During her 1L summer, she interned for Judge Joseph F. Bianco on the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. This past summer, Alyssa was a summer associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York City, and a research assistant for Professor Mason McAward. Alyssa has a special interest in civil rights and is President of the Notre Dame ACLU. Alyssa enjoys international travel, skiing, rock climbing, cooking, and challenging herself with new activities.
