Brendan Wilson is an adjunct professor of law with responsibility for the transactional component of the Religious Liberty Clinic.

Biography

Brendan Wilson is a partner at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, where he serves as a member of the firm’s corporate and tax-exempt organizations practice groups. In that role, he counsels churches, charities, private foundations and associations on tax and corporate law matters.

At Notre Dame Law School, Wilson is an adjunct professor of law with responsibility for the transactional component of the Religious Liberty Clinic.

Wilson grew up in Canada and lives in South Bend with his wife, Amy, and their six children. He earned his B.Sc. with honors from the University of Guelph in 2001, his J.D. magna cum laude from Notre Dame Law School in 2004, and his LL.M. with distinction from Georgetown University Law Center in 2019.
