On Friday, September 19, Notre Dame Law School’s Lindsay and Matt Moroun Religious Liberty Clinic, the Program on Church, State, and Society, and the Education Law Project co-sponsored an event on the path to equal treatment for religious schools. John Meiser, director of the Religious Liberty Clinic, moderated a conversation with guest speaker Philip J. Murren, who discussed his work on a series of landmark Supreme Court cases involving the First Amendment rights of religious schools. The program concluded with a Q&A session, giving audience members the opportunity to engage with the speaker.
